Week 35 (Boston Week 15) was a good one. It started with three days in the 50's. Unfortunately, on two of those days I ran inside because of thunderstorms. T-storms in January?!? I hope you're happy Al Gore.
No soreness this week so I must not be trying hard enough. My speed is picking up. Again all biking was done on the indoor trainer. I watched the BCS Championship (you suck OSU) and the movie "Super Bad" while on the bike. Funny movie, way over-the-top. I enjoyed the cops describing Eminem.
