Week 36 (1/36) in Review

Week 36 should also be known as week 1. Week 36 is also Boston Week 16. It's easier to track the amount of time left by counting down. Week one was the first solid week of exercise since September... I'm sore, sleeping a lot better; the good news is the rest did some good. There are no residual aches or pains. All the slowness of 2007 is hopefully gone. All biking was done on the indoor trainer. One run was indoors because of extreme cold conditions. Here is a summary of week 36 (December 30, 2007 - January 5, 2008)

Tuesday 1/1: Run (6 Miles) Bike (1 hour)
Wednesday 1/2: Run (5.5 Miles) Swim (20 Min)
Thursday 1/3: Bike (1 hour)
Friday 1/4: Run (4.5 Miles)
Saturday 1/5: Run (10 Miles)
