Week 28 and the injury is not going away. Complete rest from running this week and it hurts. I'm stretching, doing yoga, Advil helps a lot! I'm seeing Jerry's guy to get worked on Monday. Sunday I'm supposed to do a 20 miler however, definitely not going to push it. There are still 7 weeks until Boston.
