Week 30 (7/36) in Review

Week 30. I'm tired of winter. The cold snaps will not go away. I'm stuck inside running still, hamster syndrome has set in. This was week 2 of the WellFit swim fitness classes. I will have to take a swim basics class, I really have bad form. It was an average running week, the highest mileage to date, but the long run wasn't there. As with last week, my long run was the only run outside, and it was still really damned cold! My Garmin watch got confused when I went over the bridge over the Chicago river, so I ended up doing 19 miles instead of 18. You'd think I would have noticed that...Turns out my butt is telling me today. One good strength day, now just three more per week and I'm where I should be. Work is still cutting into my workouts, 60 hours again. I'd better get running, it's 45 degrees out right now, but rainy. Going to be ice/snow later today.
