Week 31 (6/36) in Review

Week 31. The strongest week yet. The WellFit swim fitness classes have begun. On Tuesday's and Thursday's for the next 6 weeks I leave my house at 5 AM to go jump in a cold pool with Jerry and Dave. The workouts are definitely good.

It was another great running week, with the exception that 6 out of 7 runs were on the treadmill. I'm keeping up a good pace, and averaging over 7 miles per day. My long run was 16 miles this week, it was the only day mild enough to get outside. I felt great, my first and last miles were slow because of snow and ice, but the 14 in hte middle were between 6 and 6:30 mile pace.

Not much new for biking, still a couple of hours a week on the indoor, probably need to get my strength training started too, just too short on time. 60+ hours at work are cutting away valuable training time.
