Week 32 (5/36) in Review

Week 32 was an excellent week for training. 50+ miles on the road, some good times in the water and a couple of tough rides. Everything was indoors however... I discovered a new form of torture (government take note) Nothing is worse than a long run on a treadmill. Saturday I did 14 miles on the treadmill at the Hilton. It was already hot inside, and they club sets the time limit to 60 minutes. Well, I didn't do 14 in 60 minutes... I did it in 1:36. So I had to reset the machine halfway thru. I was really not a fun was to run, but I took in some good TV. On Thursday I did the hardest run of the year, 7 miles and did the last mile at 5:20 pace.
